Conduct Policy
Hertfordshire Society for the Blind aims to be fair and equitable.
Environmental Policy
External Policy: Hertfordshire Society for the Blind will (wherever possible) actively promote and support manufacturers who are environmentally friendly.
Internal Policy: Hertfordshire Society for the Blind will wherever possible support the use of environmentally friendly products and policies within our own company procedures.
We will never knowingly support a product or process which is detrimental to the environment.
Complaints Policy
Hertfordshire Society for the Blind has a procedure for anyone who has a complaint about the quality or nature of the service offered. Any such complaint to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer in the first instance.
